Return

Sometimes you change your mind. That's fine!

You can return any unopened and unused Inkster products within 14 days of receipt.

Items returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. B. custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items/tattoos). Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.

Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you purchase the new item separately. Please contact us beforehand by email to info@inkster.eu.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that the costs for the return must be borne by you.

Damage and Problems
If you have a problem applying your tattoo or if the products you received are damaged/defective, contact us. You may be eligible for a one-time return or store credit.

Follow the instructions in the "How do I make a return" section below and send us a photo of the defective products.

Thats is quite easy! Send us an email to info@inkster.eu. Don't forget to include the following:

• Your name and address
• Your order number
• The products and quantity you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• If applicable, a photo

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Inkster GmbH, Kreuzbergring 24, 37075 Göttingen, Germany, info@inkster.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail). You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to the following address without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract

to send back. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. In principle, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
